2. Shopping With Us
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment details. We may cancel or limit orders if we suspect fraud, reselling, or misuse.

3. Product Descriptions & Prices
We do our best to describe our products accurately, but colours may look different depending on your screen. Prices and stock levels may change without notice.

4. Payments & Billing
All payments are securely processed via Shopify. Please make sure your billing and delivery information is correct so we can fulfil your order.

5. Returns & Refunds
You can return items in original condition within 7 days for a refund (this excludes cut fabric, trims, or haberdashery unless they are faulty).

6. Retreat Bookings
Payments for our sewing retreats are non-refundable.
However, you can transfer your booking to someone else if you're unable to attend—just let us know.
If we cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.

7. Using Our Website
Please use our website respectfully and legally. This means not uploading anything harmful, not violating copyrights, and not misusing our content or services.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links
Sometimes we link to third-party tools or services (like payment gateways or social media). We’re not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
