Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Purple Stitches.

UK Shipping

We currently ship to addresses across the UK via Royal Mail or other reliable courier services.

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Tracked delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch depending on the tracked services selected.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched

Free UK shipping may be offered on certain promotions or order thresholds — details will be clearly stated on our website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. If you don’t see your country at checkout, please email us at hello@purple-stitches.com and we’ll do our best to help.

International orders are sent via tracked services
Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–14 working days
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country

Packaging

We pack all orders carefully to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. We try to keep packaging minimal and eco-conscious where possible.

Delays or Issues

We do our best to dispatch orders quickly, but there may be occasional delays during busy periods or due to postal service disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch with us and we’ll help track it down.

Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order. We’re not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
